Specialist in professional and agency consultancy in Central London and major retail centres throughout the UK. Patrick is particularly active in Bond Street, Oxford Street and Knightsbridge where he has advised brands ranging from Porsche Design to Nike.

Maggie Stobo

Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Specialist in landlord and tenant matters, including the preparation of expert evidence for rent review and lease renewal proceedings. Maggie has 25 years professional experience in Central London including retail, offices, institutional and other uses. She is on the RICS panel of Arbitrators and Independent Experts and regularly receives appointments on rent review and lease renewal disputes of retail properties. Clients include The Institute of Directors, The British Academy, and F&C Reit, CBRE Investors and Aberdeen Asset Management.

Nick Phillips

Graduate of Reading University, Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and founder of Ashley Phillips in 1989. Specialist in professional, agency and strategic tenant development throughout the UK. Nick has advised French Connection for over 20 years and is also a director of Ashley Phillips Estates.

February 2013

APL are instructed by Urban Outfitters in the lease renewal of 26-40 Kensington High Street.  Maggie Stobo will appear as expert witness.   The property was  their first London store.

January 2013

We are seeking a West End store for Margaret Howell sub-brand MHL.  This will be a second London store for MHL following a successful opening in Shoreditch last year.  APL has advised for Margaret Howell for over 15 years.

December 2012

We have been instructed by Camper, T-Mobile and Arabian Oud to negotiate rent reviews of their Oxford Street stores.

November 2012
